Base and Feed Chain
Base components are constructed of heavy tubular steel weldment. The feed chain is constructed of precision machined cast aluminum links to provide highly accurate reference surface for cutting and
blending applications.

Cope / jump cope applications feature
automatic part sensing to accurately sense leading and trailing edge of stock utilizing
special counter-rotating cutting routines to eliminate tear out and blow out. Many varieties of custom sanding applications available from simple flat profile belt
sanders to multiple station profiled wheel and belt sanders.
CNC Controlled Automatic Shaping For
Cabinet Doors, Architectural Doors, and Valances
Continuous Mode arching capability to calculate arch shape geometry based upon three simple parameters: arch height, shoulder length, and desired fillet radius. Continuous Mode radii are scaled based on automatically measured stock dimensions allowing the shoulder dimension and arch height to remain constant for all possible sizes. Family Mode programmable template matching capability to produce parts that match components from other shapers and eliminate the need for templates.
Graphical Touchscreen Operator Interface
User friendly operator interface utilizes an icon menu system. Operation of the machine is as simple as touching an icon on the screen and loading the wood. Training is made quick and easy with on-screen graphical instruction prompting the operator and online user’s manual for easy reference.
Return Feed System
System returns parts to operator to complete machining on all sides.
Automatic Tool Changer
Choose from single stack dedicated carriage to 52 stack robotically controlled system to eliminate operator handling of tools.
