Introducing Jenkins 5100 CNC Feed-thru Shape and Sand, utilizing proven technology, a precision feed chain and a structurally solid design. Exclusive True-Blend contouring reduces sanding and improves product finish. Minimize change-over time with quick-change counter rotating direct drive spindles and easy to use touchscreen operator interface. Raise, arch, sand, cope, detail panels and rails, all at an incredible value.

CNC Controlled Automatic Shaping
Continuous Mode arching capability to calculate arch shape geometry based upon three simple parameters: arch height, shoulder length, and desired fillet radius. Continuous Mode radii are scaled based on automatically measured stock dimensions allowing the shoulder dimension and arch height to remain constant for all possible sizes.

Family Mode programmable template matching capability to produce parts that match components from other shapers and eliminate the need for templates.

Graphical Touch Screen Operator Interface
User friendly operator interface utilizes an icon driven menu system.
Operation of the machine is as simple as touching an icon on the screen,
loading the wood, and pressing the cycle icon. Training is made quick and easy with on-screen graphical instruction prompting the operator and online user’s manual for easy reference.

Software Features
Preprogrammed standard styles provided. Custom arch styles can be easily created utilizing graphical geometry setup menus.Up to 1,200 custom arch styles can be saved for future use to minimize setup time.

Rugged Steel Base
Tubular steel frame provides a rugged foundation.
Stations utilize high efficiency bearings and dovetail slides to achieve
both rigidity and high positional accuracy.
