Double-Sided CNC Miter Machine
Jenkins Systems Double-Sided CNC Miter Machine that machines
both ends of the product while accurately sizing each piece. Automatic
loading and referencing system provides repeatability and precision. Product
length changes from 4” to 96” occur rapidly at more than 6 inches per second
while maintaining a compact footprint. The blind mortise and tenon joint is
fully customizable for size and position all controlled with a simple
graphical touchscreen interface. Variable custom cutting routines allow for
the most flexibility with a wide variety of product shapes.

2200 Series Double End Machining Center
Jenkins flagship double end tenoner with standard shaftless
feed drive system and electronic squaring. The base structure is constructed of heavy
tubular weldments. The exclusive toolstand design features a heavy box weldment with
internal electrical enclosures. High efficiency linear bearings are utilized for all
station and traverse movement. High efficiency ballscrews are used to position all axis
with speed and industry leading accuracy. |
